Our Story:
The Foundation for Allied Dental Education (FADE)

In 2010, the Foundation for Allied Dental Education (FADE) was established as a privately-funded, non-profit organization by the Klein family whose original mission and purpose was to work toward providing collaborative support to dental assisting educators and educational programs throughout the State.

By the start of 2016, the Foundation developed supportive collaborations with ROP and CTE schools, Federally Qualified Health Clinics such as La Clinica de la Raza, California Rural Indian Health, tribal health clinics on native reservations and hispanic women’s support groups specific to introducing dental assisting as a pathway to independence for women and their families.

Today, FADE continues to develop new initiatives while embracing the need to expand, restructure, and refocus on building individualized learning and advanced skill programs and certifications taught by dental educators and clinically experienced faculty.

Since our beginning in 2010, we have worked continually toward providing the most unique and enriching curriculum possible while still meeting the educational regulations for all Board-approved programs and courses.
